FUL-VIK liquid (SOILSMART)
FUL-VIK liquid contains fulvic acid and Potassium fulvates which are suitable for use as a
foliar fertilizer or with other water-soluble NPK fertilizers as a chelating agent. Fulvic acids assist with the chelation of plant nutrients making them readily available for uptake by
plants through foliar applications in overhead irrigation system or through the roots in
hydroponic and soil based growing systems. Scientific research has shown that the
Fulvic acids in FUL-VIK liquid shorten the response time from plants to fertilizer
applications. Fulvic acid increases the permeability of root membranes enabling more
efficient uptake of nutrients and water, on a biochemical level these characteristics also
lead to an increase in photosynthesis and ventilation, which encourages a larger
production of sugars. The transport of nutrients within the plant is also enhanced as is the
synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids, which facilitate the action of enzymes and amino
acids within the plant.
As a general guide apply FUL-VIK liquid at 3 to 5 litres per hectare.
The fulvic acids in FUL-VIK liquid are extracted from the humic substances of naturally
derived plant organic matter and are distinguished by their golden yellow colour as
compared to the dark brown to black colour of humic acids.

Promote quicker seed germination and faster root and shoot growth; Improve the efficacy
of many non-selective herbicides Fulvic acids are widely known for their ability to:Greenhouse crops• Mix with fertilizer solution at 0.5% concentration (1 part to 200 parts
water or nutrient solution) before application and apply weekly.
Vegetables and row cropping• Apply to soil (at 3 – 5lt/ha) and again 4 – 6 weeks later.
